Registered Nurse | Up to $95K | Southern Highlands

Contractcare is on the lookout for Registered Nurses with the experience to join an Award-winning aged care facility with an established hold across the Southern Highlands and Central Coast.

These individuals you will play a crucial role in supervising, coordinating, and delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care. You will work closely with consumers, their families, and care staff to ensure holistic support that meets physical, emotional, and social needs.

The Role:

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and delegation to care staff
• Maintain consumer confidentiality and ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Conduct complex clinical reviews and respond to escalated care concerns
• Monitor and enhance clinical care systems, processes, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, Work Health & Safety, Fire Regulations, and Infection Control policies
• Consult with residents and families to ensure care meets individual needs and preferences

About You:

• Current AHPHRA registration AND NDIS clearance (or a willingness to do so)
• 2-3 years experience of Aged Care Nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bestmed software experience (highly desirable)
• Experience supervising enrolled nurses and nursing assistants
